Jason and his team will provide a professional level care with a competitive and fair price. Most importantly, he will look out for you. You will feel like dealing with human being rather than a machine after doing business with him. Thanks for taking care of me right before my deployment.

This was my third service with Midsouth. They are always quick to get me scheduled and address my concerns. Joseph was skilled and professional. He tracked down a difficult short and fixed all our issues. Highly recommended.

Joseph is a outstanding technician. I am a retired engineer so I was able to observe his trouble shooting progression to resolve issues and wad extremely impressed. Great people skills. Should be rewarded for his representation of Mid South Electric.

I used my home warranty company, my attic fan not working. Midsouth Electric was assigned. I did cancel the request, then added the back on payday to cover the service fee required. I did received multiple texts from different technicians asking my availability. I gave them my 2 days off, Wed & Thurs afternoon. The communication was terrible. I called, spoke to someone Wed afternoon & said they would have tech out thurs afternoon. Thursday at 2pm i called to get an eta, was told 4-6 by 5ish pm i called & ask to be rescheduled to Mon afternoon. Here it is Monday. It was a no call no show. When I contacted them, all they could say was they were sorry they were too busy to call or text. Common courtesy give a client a quick call or text. I called my home warranty company rescheduled with another company. I will not do business with someone who doesn't value me as a customer.

Great experience with Midsouth Electric. During an AC tune-up, a burned and melted switch box was discovered, which could have turned into a much bigger issue. Chris came out the very next morning and handled everything quickly and professionally. He explained what was going on, fixed the problem efficiently, and made the whole process stress-free. Really appreciate the fast response and quality work—would definitely recommend.
